Unhappy Paramilitary Forces retirees retire by Rahul Gandhi?

Regarding many demands like Retired Youth One Rank One Pension, from September 28 to September 30, Delhi will perform a demonstration on Jantar Mantar

Unfollowed by the government, retired jawans of Paramltra Force have taken the support of Rahul Gandhi. These jawans who have left the government from the present government will be holding a demonstration on Jantar Mantar from Delhi from September 28 to September 30. Under the strategy to pressure the government, retired soldiers have invited Rahul Gandhi to join his movement.

For many demands like retired young one rank one pension of paramilitary forces of the country, from September 28 to September 30, Delhi will perform a demonstration on Jantar Mantar. According to these soldiers, the way the government is giving the one rank one pension or OOP to the soldiers, the same kind of facilities should be provided to the paramilitary forces jawans also. The family members of these jawans neither get healthcare nor have the martyr's status on giving life to the country.

If they believe that they are carrying out equal responsibility of the army against the terrorists and the Maoists from this border, then why should they be kept free in terms of facilities? The common complaint of these retired soldiers is that whenever and wherever in the country, there is a need of personnel of paramilitary forces on the spot, but when the matter is to be given convenience and respect, then they are ignored. Neither do they get money like army soldiers nor pension.

Each year, hundreds of soldiers lose their lives fighting a Maoist and terrorists inside the country. ITBP jawans are stationed on the border with China at an altitude of 18 thousand feet, while the BSF jawans are stationed on the border with Pakistan in 45 degrees.

Ranvir Singh, general secretary of the Confederation of Paramountry Forces Welfare Association, says that many times before, we have given a memorandum about his demands to the Central Government but so far the attitude of the government has remained neutral, which is why we are forced to perform. There are about 12 lakh services in the country and more than eight lakh retired paramilitary personnel. They say that if our demand is not met then our movement will be swift.

Supreme Court's verdict on the basis of: Kapil Sibal said - This big victory, if needed and then go to court ?

Congress leader Kapil Sibal said after the Supreme Court's verdict on the basis that we have been saying beforehand that the Aadhaar Bill has not been brought to the Rajya Sabha but has been brought here. ?

Congress leader Kapil Sibal said after the Supreme Court's verdict on the basis that we have been saying beforehand that the Aadhaar Bill has not been brought to the Rajya Sabha but has been brought here. This Aadhar card was not the basis of the official rights card and the private companies' rights Act, which was rejected by the Supreme Court. He said that private companies have private information of millions of people. It will be misused. This is unconstitutional. Now the Supreme Court has accepted our case. Section 57 has been termed as unconstitutional by the court. This is a big victory, because in the future the government can not be judged. Kapil Sibal said that the Speaker of the Lok Sabha will be able to hear a bill if money bill is billed. If the government wants to amend, we will go back to the Supreme Court. We are with Justice Chandrachud. This is not a money bill.

Kapil Sibal said that the court has categorically corrected this law in the light of the poor people, but when the amendment, we will go to the Supreme Court again and demand the hearing for the 7 Judge Benches. It is not clear if the working people whose biometric details have been erased, what will the government do for them? We will study the decisions. If necessary, we will again go to court for this. The court also said that it can not keep up to 6 months of data. It is not clear how it will be eliminated. Sibal said that now there will be amendment in the Data Protection Law. Therefore, we want this to be discussed in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. If the base is dropped, then the marginalized people can not get anything. That's why the court is the right decision. We will put pressure on the government for amendment.
