Ram Janmabhoomi - The Supreme Court's decision on the Babri Masjid dispute on Thursday?

The Supreme Court will decide that the decisions of the Constitution Bench of 1994, namaz is not an integral part of Islam in the mosque, but needs to be reconsidered or not.

Ram Janmabhoomi - The Supreme Court will pronounce a crucial verdict on Thursday on the Babri Masjid dispute. The Supreme Court will decide whether the decision of the Constitution Bench of 1994 needs reconsideration or not. It was said in the verse that namaz is not an integral part of Islam in the mosque.

If the bench of three judges decides that reconsideration should be done then it can send the matter to the constitution bench of five judges. This will delay the hearing of the title suit. If the bench says that there is no need to consider the decision, then the Ram Janmabhoomi - Babri Masjid land dispute can be heard soon.

On July 20, the Supreme Court reserved the judgment on whether or not there needs to be considered again on the 1994 judgment of Constitution Bench.

Actually, before the Supreme Court Title Suit, he was now hearing on the aspect that praying in the mosque is an integral part of Islam or not. The court had said that earlier it would be decided that the decision of the Constitution bench of 1994 needs to be re-considered or not that praying in the mosque is not an integral part of Islam. After this the title suit will be considered.

In the year 1994, the bench of five judges had instructed to maintain status quo in the Ram Janmabhoomi so that Hindu worship can be done. The bench also said that reading Namaz in the mosque is not an integral part of Islam. In 2010, Allahabad High Court gave the judgment, one third of the land was given to Hindus, one-third of Muslims and one third to Ram Lala.
